No I think you have it all wrong. Well, the par for the course one was right.
But its just a ruse for the media or somebody. Did you notice its all about Pelosi?
They brought her in enough to be damning, now they are just using that as diversion.
Pay no attention. Let's keep talking hearings.

Every once in a while - and I think it correlates with your decision to post on certain kinds of topics, although I'm not sure which, yet - this place gets really weird.

Ha yeah, I know what you mean. I am new to it and so far have not encountered too many problems, but obviously have seen some stuff as a commenter.
I've been adding blogs to my roll regularly these days, as I create the 'great roll of china'. A bunch of different stuff, with a nice ideological tilt. Saw your post and it was just the last straw for that camel.
Can't even remember how I got here, but it was a trusted source so I linked and read.
Pelosi doesn't matter, she never mattered, and this is just a minor distraction! Yahhhge!

As a nearly constant lurker and sometime commenter, I want to welcome you to Philosoraptor. It's a quirky but interesting community.
FWIW, I've done a lot of work providing professional training on the U.S. regulatory system to Chinese delegations to the U.S. I might be doing another one next month.
