Fortunately, I don't care much about football...and, in fact, care less and less even about college basketball. The NIL is a good thing so far as fairness goes...but it's killing/killed college sports, IMO.

College sports is a corrupting force, anyway.

Best to just let them die--or, as many have long urged: make them outright pro teams attached to universities.
