Obvs. I'm a 10mm guy all the way...though I was pro-.45 as a kid...before the 10mm was a thing...but there's something to be said for propelling that big ol' slab 'o lead downrange...

But...10 rounds vs. 15. You make the call...

I guess if you wanna kill grizzlies, you ain't gonna get 15 shots off...but, then, that extra penetration is gonna matter...
