No true justice anyway...

True justice, you see, requires the impossible: resurrection:

The truth is that we never expected justice in this trial. The American criminal legal system remains deeply broken and could never deliver true justice for George Floyd and his family. True justice would be George Floyd, alive today, at home with his fiancée, children, and siblings.

We'll never have justice in this case! Oh, what? Um...well...not true justice...because there are other (alleged) injustices afoot...
   Their theory--dogma, actually--predicts that the system can't generate a just verdict. When it (by their lights) does, it's time to distract and dissemble. Disconfirmation is not allowed. Is there a progressive anywhere who said Hm...guess we were wrong?
