   Progressivism has lost its mind. And many progressives have, too. Imagine believing something like this. Or that all Pubs are racists. Or any of that stuff. No wonder they're rabidly anti-Trump. They're like those anti-Obama types who thought he was the Antichrist. I mean, I guess their spittle-flecked anti-Trumpism is reasonable in a sort of way if they believe that stuff...but you can say that about all sorts of crazy people and their actions. If you really do think that the CIA is beaming thoughts into your head, then I guess it makes sense to try out a tinfoil hat...

   There's plenty to criticize about the real Trump. But all the left can see is the straw Trump of their own creation. In general, as the left has lunged leftward and become more extreme, it has become more delusional. Both sides demonize the other, but our left has completely flown off the handle. Now they view everything on the other side as delusionally as they view the other candidate. Trump may not even be the thing they're most delusional about, given their religious views of race and "gender."
