On Bending The Knee

As you may remember (but I'm too lazy to find the link), I've defended Colin Kaepernick et al.'s kneeling protests--though I usually noted that the protests were predicated on the BLM open season myth. Though I didn't agree with the predicate of the protest, I thought it was a respectful one. Trump's screeching about it was crap. However, now it's become a meme of mass hysteria, no longer innocuous. Just for the record. I'm sure people are now starting to feel pressured into doing it. I now regard it rather as I regard the Pledge of Allegiance--as a creepy bit of ostentatious public conformity.

   How long before saying that is a firing offence?
