Saletan: Barr Is Lying About Mueller's Evidence

I haven't worked through this carefully, but it's interesting so I pass it on.

I have a generally favorable view of Saletan, though I tend to think that his position at Slate has skewed him to the left on some issues. But I think he's usually in the vicinity of what's reasonable.
