Here's an issue that affects IQ a whole lot more directly than race.

Note that if you don't factor out issues like this from racial studies, the studies will be hopelessly flawed. And it wasn't really possible to do so until recently, when data started going on line in a big way.
Oh yeah. Lead exposure is terrible. S. rex turned me onto that issue like 15 years before it really entered the public eye.
And, yeah, lots of things affect IQ more than race.
The question is really just: does race affect IQ *at all*?
