Winston, they're both fairly long, and the Princeton one gets a little technical, but I found these pieces very informative:

In particular, read his Feb. 5, 2008 article (12 steps to financial disaster...on the nose unfortunately).
His post today is also frightening, but again, most likely on the nose.
