Monica Showalter: Democrats Board the Crazy Train in New York

This seems pretty much right to me

Though I have to say, I still don't understand Obama's role in all this. I can say for sure that he basically never spoke out against it. He did raise some moderate objections to Woketarianism as things were getting really crazy (he was already out of office at the time)...but he got significant pushback...and he retreated.

Anyway, their latest cute but dumb candidate is a full-blown anti-Western nut:
