So the Rooskies are behind everything, though the worst they really seem to have done on the relevant front is the Beat It, Jesus meme. And the Chinese aren't to be blamed for anything despite the fact that they more-or-less launched a biowar against the rest of the world. So maybe the next iteration of this from the left will be: the whole China virus thing is actually a hoax perpetrated by the Russians aiming to discredit the poor, innocent CCP.
