I was amazed by how terrible this is...until I saw that it's in the Post's Style section.
What the style people are doing speaking on this issue, I have no idea.

It's bad. And it doesn't have to be. Here's how you write a real criticism of the Roberts court from the left. Bring the historical analysis. Bring the politics. Don't bring your weak shit.
