I don't think that is a valid use of Occam's razor. Consider Alex Jones. His conspiracy theories are equally ridiculous. And while he is certainly a troll, he is no leftist.
That QAnon is preposterous does not imply it is posted by an agent provocateur. (Though it'd be hilarious if true.)
