One thing has become clear: this is the weirdest timeline.

But I’m honestly not sure this isn’t Putin taking the biggest swing he’s got at salvaging the trump presidency. It’s hard to write on account of the crazy-sounding-ness, but I’m now at the point where I’ll be rather shocked if Mueller flips five guilty pleas on his way up the dossier ladder, has the next alleged culprit in a mess of charges, and the one after that (Cohen) in a mess of legal charges, and he comes up empty-handed.

I’ll be entirely happy if he does come up empty handed after turning over every rock like that, but surprised nonetheless.; 11:16 PM
