Popehat: Kennedy's Questioning Shows Petersen Unqualified

So here's a seemingly well-regarded argument to the effect that Kennedy's questions did, in fact, show Petersen to be unqualified.
   Though, it turns out that Petersen has already withdrawn his nomination.
   As has Brett Talley...who I defended from the silly ghostbuster arguments...but it turns out he also defended the Klan. So that tells you something about my judgment, probably.
