Successful crops spread incredibly quickly, even where there was no colonialism--just by trade. And as often as not, the local cuisine was adopted by the colonists--just look at Israeli food.

But I did think of an example of decolonized food: French fusion Vietnamese. The French got the boot, so the food left behind is by definition 'decolonized.'

Or how about Indian food adapted for the British market? India was a colony. Now there's significant migration the other direction, leading to another decolonial cuisine.
