Evidence of Consciousness of Guilt

Kleiman notes that Palin altered records to conceal the fact that she was taking a per diem from the state for nights she was sleeping in her own bedroom. This, he notes, is the kind of thing the IRS calls "evidence of consciousness of guilt."

This would be a campaign-ending revelation for a Democrat. Who knows whether it will have any effect at all on Palin.

But it sure don't look good.
