Lefties Went Batshit After the WHCD Assassination Attempt

The right is bad...but...this bad?

The dumbest thing I've seen from the right this weekend is some THEY RIGGED THE VA GERRYMANDERING REFERENDUM nonsense.

Though, TBF, apparently Trump was repeating that nonsense too.

Which is a big part of the problem; the madness is widespread and crazier on the left...but it's largely coming from the top on the right.

The right can't lose an election anymore that isn't stolen or rigged... Something they never manage to prove. It's just allegation after allegation. And it's every time they lose.

But this eliminationist lunacy on the progressive left...man, it's nuts.

And it's not like it's just the lunatic fringe, or disconnected from their actions. A lone wacko murdered Charlie Kirk...but thousands of progressives online were encouraging it beforehand and cheering it afterward. Literally cheering. Literally dancing. Giddy. A meme on the left is "somebody's got to do it"...meaning: assassinate President Trump. They keep calling for it, keep trying to do it, keep cheering it on... I hope they all get visits from the USSS...but I'm not sure how they could visit them all..

In part it's the Twitter problem: get hundreds of thousands of people spewing out semi-serious, angry comments without consequence...not surprising you get this kind of stuff...

But that's not the whole problem.

The left radicalized. And 'radical' is, IMO, a near-synonym for insane. Utterly unhinged actions, ideas and rhetoric now pervade the American left. They riot, they perpetrate violence against their political opponents--repeatedly. They rationalize violence. They call for more violence. They characterize their opponents in ways which, if true, would make violence justifiable. (Though the right did that to Obama, too...remember how he was the Antichrist? Not everybody on the right was kidding about that.)

Anyway.

It's not just talk.

And it's not just the fringe.
