The Scramble to Cover Up Minnesota's (Somali) Fraud Problem is On

You see, uh, the "Quality Learing Center" [sic]...the alleged daycare for alleged toddlers...is only open from...uh...2:00 to 10:00! And, uh, it was closed down last week anyway...

   If I didn't know better, It'd kinda sound like the state and the fraudsters were working together to cover this up...

   (To be clear: no, I do not think that...but I DO think they both have an interest in covering it up...)
