Just reporting back from some conservative blogs.

Almost all the Trumpistas I've met in real life think pretty much like me: Trump's kooky, but he did a surprisingly good job, and the other side has gone insane, so here we are. Or that's what we thought until he lost his mind after the election...

But there really are a lot of Trump cultists out there--at least on some of the red blogs (e.g. Instapundit). OTOH, r/conservative is about where I am: Please, God, don't make Trump our last resort...

But boy, COVID and the election hit the red team hard. You find people over there who devoutly believe that the vax is killing millions of people and that the election was stolen. (Me, I won't be surprised if we find out that the vax was a mistake for the young and healthy; and I think there was electoral cheating short of fraud--e.g. Zuck Bucks.) And they hate DeSantis...who is basically someone who has taken Trump's insights...but he's sane.

Anyway.
