No it isn't! It's impossible to teach CRT in K-12! It can only be taught in graduate school! Teaching it anywhere else is a conceptual impossibility! You don't understand what CRT is if you think it's being taught in K-12! It is being taught in schools, but that's a good thing! In fact it is impossible to teach about race at all without teaching kids CRT! If you oppose teaching CRT to kindergarteners you don't want kids to learn about race in America at all! Well it's actually not so much being taught as being presupposed as a "lens" through which all of human history is seen...without any discussion of the distorting nature of the "lens" itself...so...see? It's not actually being taught at all! Like we said! It's more being what you might call indoctrinated into them...
