This dawned on me after the last few bits of information came out, but somehow it never quite made it to the front of my mind. Probably because I'm so on the warpath about this stuff. 

[Though: (a) the girl is 9, and (b) we don't know about the second girl this guy raped at the other school Loudoun County sent him to...without warning them about him, apparently... So: stay tuned. It's possible there's other relevant information in the offing.]
