WSJ: Lockdowns Didn't Stop Wuhan Infections

This is one of the hypotheses I formulated on my own to try to explain the weird transmission patterns: that people were picking it up kind of rarely outside the home, and then transmitting it readily to everybody in their household. I mean...obviously I was just screwing around thinking about this. It's not like I actually figured anything out. Still: interesting.
