Dems Peddling Grievance On Their Way To Losing The Election

Well, that's half-right at the very least. Obviously.

I'm concerned, of course, because I'm a worrier about such things. And I think that a Democratic victory would be a disaster for the nation. 

And Trump seems to me to have the capacity to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory...

However:

In my gut of guts, I just can't see the U.S. going for Biden and the Dems over Trump. 

Which means, basically: I can't see them preferring the nutty, cultish, freaky, weird, disconnected-from-reality progs over the bullshitty-but-pragmatic, bullshitty-but-weirdly-truth-telling, scattered-but-weirdly-tough-minded, crass-but-weirdly-likeable Trump. 

The Dems remind me of Gingrich: willing to burn the foundation of the system in order to win a temporary, idiosyncratic victory. Gingrich promoted the vicious, take-no-prisoners partisanship we now seem stuck with. The Dems are willing to promote the view that we all hate each other in order to try to win by representing themselves as the cure for that hatred. Fucking despicable. In both cases. IMHO.

Anyway.

As InstaGlenn says: don't get cocky.

But I'd bet some money on Trump in November.
