Trump Was Right Again: There Seems To Be A Reasonable Argument For The Conclusion That Harris Is Ineligible

Not only for VP, but for the Senate as well.

I'm not a lawyer, as goes without saying. But the arguments seem very straightforward.

For the record, I'm not saying that the argument is sound, and I'm not even sure how much soundness matters in legal arguments when they come up against furious political passions.

Needless to say, Eastman may be missing something and may be wrong.

That's not the point.

The point is: there's a reasonable argument that fairly clearly ought to be answered rather than rejected out of hand...especially merely by the left's now-near-constant howls of TEH RACISM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is, as you know, one of my main points about contemporary politics: the left has lost its mind, mainly by subordinating reason and facts to quasi-religious political dogma. Faced with a genuine, reasonable appeal to law and fact, they respond by shrieking--in effect--that appeals to law and fact are racist and NOT OK.

The left has abandoned the field of reason, ceding it to the non-left--largely conservatives.

And, once again, Trump was right on all major points:

• Eastman is clearly well-qualified to speak on the arguments.
• Trump didn't know anything about it and was right to say so.
• But the smart guess would be that the Dems looked into this thoroughly before nominating her.

Trump wins again--on rational grounds--merely by not being a crazy cultist...

...while the crazy cultists howl in the background.

Of course they so influence the mood of the county and the tone of the conversation, that this rational victory for Trump is probably a rhetorical defeat...but that's a different matter.
