J. K. Rowling Stands Up To The Orwellian Twitter Mob

I've never really understood why people are afraid of a purely virtual mob...and why they all abase themselves before its wrath... But for whatever reason they are and they do. Any victory against them is good. So: good for Rowling.
   Do keep in mind that we're talking about the people and ideas that are currently at the helm of the left--and the left is at the helm of the Democratic party. As merely one among a vast array of utterly cracked ideas, these people believe that people can (basically) declare their sex by fiat. And they believe that it is morally impermissible to deny or even question this view in any way. And anyone who does so should suffer grave social consequences. The mob would, ideally, like to destroy them psychologically and destroy their livelihoods.
   Stupid people in the grip of an insane ideology can be dangerous indeed.
   I think the most important thing to keep in mind about the Orwellian left is its almost monomaniacal devotion to shutting down--by criminalizing if possible--any criticism or even questioning of its doctrines. That commitment is extremely and fundamentally anti-liberal. And it is at the very heart of progressivism.
