To say that Amherst "embarrasses itself" with this thing is far, far too charitable. 

There is so much hard-left idiocy and nonsense codified in this Orwellian document that--assuming some rational version of humanity survives this bullshitstorm, this could serve as an important historical document, a snapshot of a time when lunatic mythologies began to take over largely via the almost unbelievably bone-headed expedient of imposing new words and redefinitions of old words on to society's cultural elite.
