Well, a small gathering of just the kind Ford described does appear on Kavanaugh's calendar on July 1st (i.e. around just the right time): 'to Timmy’s for skis w/Judge, Tom, PJ, Bernie, Squi'. This entry seems to have some evidentiary value, in that it names two of the three people Ford mentioned in a written statement, before Kavanaugh's calendar was released, as being at the party. So I'm not sure why you're asking at what point we simply stop believing such a gathering ever happened.
