I kind of think this is a fake, it just too conveniently reinforces a BS talking point from the last news cycle. WaPo tries to justify attribution by taking the disclaimer that it was made by Road to Power at its word, but anyone could just put that in there, and they didn't actually get confirmation from the guy they claimed made it. If you even look closely, the report from the Des Moines Register they link to doesn't actually claim he made this robocall, but the Mollie Tibbetts one.
I mean, nazi garbage-person is clearly a live possibility, but it's frustrating that the media still doesn't acknowledge hoax is about a 50-50 split on these things at all.
