I agree the rules could use some trimming, but I do not trust the Republicans to pick the right rules. Starting with the fiduciary rule is a very bad start.
Agreed on all counts.
Oh yeah. The fiduciary rule, and allowing mining companies to dump in creeks. (Not sure how Trump can make that decree, since he can't override the Clean Water Act without congressional approval.) That can't possibly be popular with the majority, even in WVA.
BTW: I was playing devil's advocate in the earlier thread, because I really do believe you were ignoring fighting words doctrine. There are explicit carve-outs to the first amendment around libel, fighting words, and incitement. Bring in *actual Nazis*, and one of the three is very probably going to apply. Blanket claims of first amendment rights cannot apply here.
