And I didn't even know the Supremes were back together!
A non legal friend asked me about this the other day and was trying to figure out what in the world the Cooch was trying to accomplish with this and I couldn't come up with anything other than, the Cooch be crazy. You might get a 5-4 rather than a 6-3 but there is still no way in hell that a sodomy law is getting upheld as constitutional today.
