Clinton and the Bobby Kennedy Claim
I'm on the fly, but I just wanted to say that my first inclination is to think that people are being extremely unfair to Hillary about this Bobby Kennedy business. Seems to me that the point of her claim was that Kennedy was still campaigning in June.
Also my first thought: Obama ought to come out and say, clearly and forcefully, that people need to lay off Clinton on this.
This seems to me to be gotcha politics of the very worst kind. You can't have a serious process of selecting a president if people are going to make crap like this a major focus of the campaign.

No, Hill's not hoping that her big break comes at the point of a gun.
My take here.
Daniel Shore disagree with you today.
His point was that when 8/10 African Americans think there will be an assassination attempt on Barak Obama, when Barak Obama had to have secret service guards earlier than any other presidential candidate ever, when there are plenty of loons out there already looking for a reason, no one needs to go giving anyone any ideas.

Well, yeah, it's a reasonable fear, and I'm afraid of it, too, as I said over at my place. But Hillary's not asking for it to happen. Did Schorr say she was?
No. Just said she had a tin ear and *really* should know better.
