Cheryl Crow and Toilet Paper
Cheryl Crow is obviously not serious about this, [link fixed jeeez] a proposal to legislate the number of sheets of toilet paper (1-3, incidentally) that people can use per "visit" to the bathroom. (Does one really visit the bathroom, I wonder...? Do we visit the kitchen? The bedroom?)
It's rather obviously a joke.
So everybody calm down.

The link goes awry - to something about the firing of an instructor at Emmanuel College (which sounds like a severe overreaction, at best).
That link sends me to a story about an adjunct professor at Emmanuel College who was fired for pointing a marker at a student and saying "pow" during a discussion of the Virginia Tech shootings.
Somehow I doubt you intended this.
Link goes to the correct place, now.
But you've still spelled her first name wrong; it's 'Sheryl', not 'Cheryl'.
Mundane details...
oops.
