Judicial Activism Follies

These people are despicable.

As NRO says: the administration IS engaging in some sharp dealing here...and I'm not endorsing it...but the judge is just way, way, way out of line.

I'm half-tempted to agree with a commenter there who says, basically, that the administration should just start ignoring these obviously shitty and clearly political decisions...

Now...down that road probably lies perdition...but that's more reason for the left to stop with the goddamned lawfare than it is for the administration to go along with it.
