The DEI Justice strikes (out) again...

Among Joe Biden's many crimes against the nation, appointing her is one of the worst.

Also: expect more court-packing-talk by Dems.

Also: I wish Thomas and Alito--great as they are--would retire. There's a decent chance that Trump fatigue will land us with a Democrat president and Senate by '28...and, though both Justices may have five-ish years left in them, I doubt that they have all that much more.

And again: thank the powers what be for Mitch McConnell. Without him, we'd have Justice Merrick Garland...
