BC Mass Shooting: Shooter was "A Woman in a Dress"???

This is horrible, and I'm not criticizing...but I didn't hear that phrase from the officials. I skimmed through because it was a lot of emotional support stuff, and that's just not my thing.

   But, obviously: it's a little odd to say "a woman in a dress."

   And that, combined with the fact that women don't really commit many mass shootings (unless they're women who are pretending to be men, as in the Nashville Christian school shooting) suggests that it was actually a man in a dress, who they're calling a woman in order to be politically correct.

   No great insight here--we all know what's what.
