Rove: Trump is Setting Up a Nasty Midterm Loss

Yup.

Which, in a way, isn't a bad thing. The House Republicans refuse to restrain him. Crazy as the House Dems are, I think there's a good chance that it'll be better to have countervailing crazy.

   I've always expected a midterm loss. Trump's such a train wreck that it's always--seems to me--been in the cards. He can't even appeal to enough centrists when he's on the 80 side of a wide array of 80-20 issues.

   Seems to me the most important thing before that time: pass Hagerty's Equal Representation Act, which prevents illegal aliens from being counted toward Congressional representation. One of the Democrats' motives for flooding the country with illegals is that this pumps up their numbers in the House. It's insane that they count in this way. We can't allow this incentive to remain.

   But, anyhoo: yeah...my own Trump fatigue is off the charts. As insane as the Democrats (still) are...I'm kinda ok with the looming midterm debacle.
