Bhattacharya, IMO, more than makes up for RFKj...but really only time will tell about that.

One thing to keep firmly in mind: the Democrats have become the party of Lysenkoism. Do you want your tax dollars to go toward R&D to improve the health and extend the lives of you and yours--and, for that matter, not yours? Or do you want them to fund leftist, Lysenkoist, irrationalist, politicised--and, for that matter, racist--programs that suck time, energy and money away from such R&D?

   Over the course of the next few years or decades, people will actually die because of DEI. Because the left--including the Democrats--decided that chasing their totalitarian dreams was more important than medical science, untold millions of dollars were siphoned away from medical research. Every dollar, every minute, every compute cycle, spent on DEI was a dollar or a minute or a compute cycle not spent on medical science. Many of us will just barely fail to survive medical problems over the next decade or so who would have survived if the left had not hijacked so much of medical science for its political ends. If the Biden administration had taken the untold $millions wasted on politics--illiberal politics, to boot--and actually spent them on the "cancer moonshot" something notable might actually have been accomplished...but, of course, that's not what happened...
