Two Big Problems with High Levels of Asian Immigration: Cheating and Voting

I tend to worry about the voting problem most. The cheating problem is more of a technical problem schools can and should be addressing. 

   But as for that other problem: a university with which I'm very familiar has an extremely namby-pamby test--more like a quiz, really--about how to use the library. It's given only in computer labs. All students must take it. Apparently certain Asian students will often just meet in the middle of the room and discuss the exam/quiz. The labs are monitored by students, who are often unwilling to break up or report such groups. The problem is bad enough that it has been discussed openly in committee meetings...which...given that like half of the faculty will call absolutely anything whatsoever racist...is pretty amazing.
