Hashmi in the lead.

Even the despicable Jones leading Miyares...but not by much and with only about 50% of the votes counted.

Peyton leading Wilt big--but the Dem always goes way up fast in the 34th--I guess Harrisonburg gets its ballots counted first. Then Wilt wins when the county gets its votes in. LOL actually WHSV says 0% of the votes counted there...so...

Man, I worked hard for years to help turn Harrisonburg blue...and now it's very blue and I regret it all...

   Wilt is solid. I disagree with him about several things, but he showed real interest when JMU and other VA schools were going crazy woke, and he met with me more than once to talk about it. Wilt just gets nuts and bolts stuff done for VA. JQ is a big fan of his ads--and I agree. They're just reasonable, honest, and positive. Peyton, on the other hand, had typically political ads filled with dishonest bullshit--and with one of those sinister voiceovers. Man, I hate those.

   Peyton's also a pencil-necked geek...but that's really low and I'm embarrassed to have typed it so let's just forget about it ok? For all I know he's a great guy.
