DOGE Only Cut about 5-10% of Musk's Estimate

Well, as WSJ commenter G Busch notes:

When one of the two ruling political parties relies on its existance through patronship, efficiency and cutting waste becomes close to impossible. Case in point: Schumer vowing to "fight" for federal workers. How about fighting for the taxpayers who fund unneeded federal workers.

The Dems, overall, just seem to be opposed to cutting the size of government...except for cutting actually crucial things like police, prisons and the military...those, of course, should be "defunded"...

The NEH and other useless-to-counterproductive BS, however...vital!!!
