More to the point: Wright is basically right.

This is yet another case of the left (a Dr. Tautz in this case) using inapplicable arguments to try to bolster the left's failing case against the reality of sex. Tautz is basically making shit up. The reality of the male/female dichotomy does not require that males and females be 100% different in every way. He might as well argue that, since males and females both have two arms and two legs, the difference between maleness and femaleness is a "spectrum"...
