Michael Tomasky: The Media's Urge to be "Fair" to Trump is Killing the Republic

The most amazing thing about this piece is that Tomasky is apparently dead serious.

   Yes. The major, overwhelming, republic-threatening error of the MSM is...they are too fair to Trump...

   The media can outright lie about and libel him for a decade straight...not a problem! They can give themselves Pulitzer Prizes for said libel...just dandy! They can repeat proven lies for a decade without consequence...so what?

   But have the temerity to actually state his--in these cases probably erroneous--arguments once or twice...you're destroying the republic, Jack!

   Needless to say, I don't want the media cheating for Trump. I'm just complaining about the wacko double standard.
