Brittany Bernstein: Louisiana's Ten Commandments Law Ruled Unconstitutional by Federal Appeals Court

Seems pretty obvious.

Nobody's posting the Ten Commandments just because of their historical importance.

Seems to me that this is one reason the right has, of late, posed less of a threat than the left. The right's religion is an outright religion, so we have pretty decent First Amendment protections against them forcing it on us. The left's religion, however, is not exactly a religion. They can post all the pride flags, "trans" flags, Palestinian flags, BLM signs...hold all the DEI indoctrination sessions...make all the land acknowledgements and pronoun declarations they like...and we just don't have the same kinds of protections.
