Well, this is a view from the left sector.

It seems to me to be yet another manifestation of the left's conviction that the job of the courts is to achieve progressive political ends, law and arguments be damned.

As per usual, I just want justice to be done. I don't have a rooting interest in the outcome...well...other than that it would be convenient to get Trump out of the way, since (a) the Dems winning is now a disastrous outcome, and that will almost certainly still be true by November 2024, and (b) Trump is the only way the Dems win...

But we don't get to take that into account.

For sheer dark amusement value, a Trump versus Kamala contest would probably be best...God help us...
