Now, sane people don't care about race in that way--but progressives do.

Penny's arms are occluded much of the time, but you can see that, well into the struggle, Penny is not actually choking Neely--he's not locked in, not trying to choke him out, just restraining him. And if he'd been trying to choke him out, it would have all lasted about 25 seconds. 

Needless to say, the left is losing what little shit it has remaining.
