Media Coverage Of The Trump Administration In A Nutshell: How They Blew The Ventilator Story

How the media covered the ventilator story is IMO a synecdoche for its coverage of the Trump admin. 

Well...actually, it might not be bad enough. 

Start with the fact that the media is made up of people who aren't very smart. Add rabid hatred of Trump and a resolution to interpret everything he says and does in the worst possible light. Then add substantial ignorance of...well...everything. Top it off with dishonesty. The result is the sad, shitty output of our news media.
