SB16 Would Instantly Turn Me Into A Felon...If It Didn't Contain A Bone-Headed Error
SB16 shows how far gone the Democrats are. It's completely nuts. It would instantly turn me, for example, into a felon. There is, after all, no grandfather clause. Some of its provisions:
Except for the fact that it doesn't seem to make any firearms illegal, since smokeless powder doesn't explode--it just burns really fast. I wouldn't mention this at all if anybody really read this ridiculous blog. But just in case: don't mention this to anybody you might know with connections to the OD Dems. We can laugh 'em out of court on that point if they do manage to pass this POS bill.
Oh and: if you'd like to join me in donating to the RPV, here's the link.
1. A semi-automatic center-fire rifle that expels single or multiple projectiles by action of an explosion of a combustible material with a fixed magazine capacity in excess of 10 rounds;Which means that even an ordinary, full-sized Glock is an "assault firearm." Well...God knows what they actually mean, since firearms fed by detachable magazines don't really have capacities. You can stick a 30-round mag in a Glock 26 if you want to. So you could interpret this piece of crap as making basically all magazine-fed firearms illegal.
