Curry: "Beto's Climate Action Plan"

Judith Curry thinks Robert Francis O'Rourke's climate plan is way superior to the farcical Green New Deal...and may not even suck...but of course she's right that it won't catch on with the blue team.
But listen I can't listen to that guy talk for four years; I'd rather die of climate fever.
