Every now and then, Winston, I read a post of yours that makes me feel like we inhabit different planets.
Is there any level of frequency of mass shootings that would make you think that some kind of gun-control legislation is necessary? Or is it that you think that there's something like a category mistake here: that the level of mass shootings has no bearing on whether there should be such legislation? (Serious question.)
